Excellent realtor!! Faith went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home. We had many, many requirements. The house needed to be zoned to a great school, it needed a mother-in-law suite downstairs, and it needed to be located anywhere between Katy and the Woodlands!! Yes – that’s a huge area folks and Faith went to multiple showings straight across town to make sure we found the right location and home!! She was able to decipher, translate, and explain to us all of the “real estate terminology” that we didn’t quite understand. Furthermore, she not only helped us with both the buying of our new home but also sold our old home in a period of about two months. Fantastic!! We are very pleased and grateful for her help and guidance throughout this amazing adventure!!! We are ecstatic about our new home and can’t wait to move and settle in!!! :)
My name is Vida and Mrs Faith Floyd's was my realtor. She been working with myself and my husband for about a year. The first house we tried to get wasn't successful on IFreedome Direct and the builder parts. A lot of my time and money was wasted. I was told to fly to Houston for my closing date. I did that and was told I couldn't get the house. I was very disappointed! If it wasn't for Mrs Faith being the wonderful person that she is I wouldn't be here today. She kept in touch with me not because of her trying to sell us a home but because I had lost my mother as well. It hurts my hurt to know that everyone who has dead filed our records like IFreedome Direct and amongs other people feels that they entitled to get any recommendations when they have done NOTHING! After not getting the first home the experience I had before left me not wanting to buy a home. I told my husband lets just rent but Mrs Faith would always send me text saying things like Do not give up, What's for you God will make a way and my favorite I'm not giving up on find you all a home! She recommended Keith Wards to help us get the loan and he also done an amazing job as well! It took a year but she kept her words and she found us our dream home as a first time buyers! God is so good! This journey has been a very difficult one! There's so many great things I can say about Mrs Faith that I would need more then 2000 characters.. Lol I've come across some realtors that are all about making that sale and if something goes wrong or if it doesn't look like they would get that sale they give up on you and move on to the next person. Not Mrs Faith whoever choose her trust me they are going to get 1000% from her! Most people give you 40%, 50% but Mrs Faith gave her all. My husband and I wake up every day giving thanks for what Mrs Faith and Keith has done for us. Words can not express how we are feeling. We are very grateful to you Mrs Faith for not giving up or dead filing our records. Thank you so much!
